Hey guys, I ordered the ESP MH400 and have heard things of Floyd Roses that you have to cut the balls of the strings off in order to string it. I would probably just wrap the ball sides around the tuners, but anyways. Does the ESP Floyd Rose require this way of stringing since I would like to know before I would have to tackle stringing it. I will also give a review to any of you that care once I get which will be next week.

All floyd roses require that you cut the ball end off or wrap it around the tuning peg

Not all since my father has a guitar with a Floyd Rose and he didn't have to do it. His is an older model though so that might have some effect on it.

Ibanez Edge Pro's don't require you to cut off the ball ends.

Or are you just talking Official Floyds?
