G
My life is emo.
G/F#
I have no friends.
Em7
I stalk the ladies.
Cadd9
I stalk their friends.
G
I chase them on a taxi.
G/F#
I shoot them with my darts.
Em7
And once I've got them tranquilized,
Cadd9 D/F#
I play with their hearts.

chorus
======
Cadd9 D/F# Em7 D/F#
You're beautiful. You're beautiful.
Cadd9 D/F# G
You're beautiful it's true.
Cadd9 D/F# G D/F# Em7
I saw your face in a dim lit place.
Cadd9 D/F# Em7
And I know just what to do.
Cadd9 D/F# G G/F# Em7 Cadd9
There are ways to be with you.

verse 2
=======
G
Yeah, she caught my eye,
G/F#
As I shot her thigh.
Em7
She could see from my face that I was,
Cadd9
a scary guy.
G G/F#
And I don't think that I'll see her again,
Em7 Cadd9
'Cause they took her away to a hospital bed.

chorus
======

interlude

Cadd9 D/F# G
You're beautiful, it's true.
Cadd9 D/F# G D/F# Em7
God must have frowny face,
Cadd9 D/F# G D/F# Em7
When he sees what I do to his human race.
Cadd9 D/F# Em7

It is supposed to be him making fun of James Blunt's song "You're Beautiful". You jackass.

Pink, I love you for posting an actual song in the songwriting section. Too much lately has been the self-styled artistes of UB using it as a bulletin board for their latest mediocre poetry. And it had me laughing my ass off.
Hi, I'm Peter

B.c.rich rules, it's making fun of the song. Shut the fuck up.

The song was nice, but I couldn't help but feel it was just capitalizing on the recent success and humor found in Wierd Al's new song "You're Pitiful." The entire time I was reading it I felt as though it was a bandwagon-jumper.
They say the old woman's got the wisdom
'Cause she couldn't read the clock anymore
She said "The numbers don't represent the moments"
Says she don't see what all the ticking's for

I've recorded loads of songs with that tune and just messed with the lyrics to take the piss. It's so easy and people get a craic.

I'll record this for you later if you want?

Never heard it, but Weird Al pwns, so I'm off to download it.

I hope you're kidding dude. They won't even have a drum section, why would they have a car tyre section?

people get a craic

People get a craic? You know craic means fun so that makes no sence .

Anyway I liked it. It brough a tiny bit of laughter into my small sad world .
They also did a version of this on Dead Ringers one time which I enjoyed.

it is unfortunate that weird al did a parody first as that made this rather tainted, still led to a pretty good craic by me though, and when I actually took the time to strum it out, it was really fun to do. I still find it weird that you live so close, o, and by any chance do you know Joji Garnier and Elliot Preston? both very good friends of mine.
