Anyone remember the band called "Europe?" They had some good tunes, but their most familiar one was called "The Final Countdown." I think that's the main one that put them on the map, but they also had a song called "Carrie." That song would be the highest charting U.S. single- rising to the #1 position on the Radio and Records chart, and #2 on the Billboard Hot 100. "Carrie" had an even bigger MTV presence than "The Final Countdown." It was to become Europe's biggest hit in America. Here lately, I've been listening to them, and I like most of the album, especially songs like "Rock The Night" and "Love Chaser." Oh, and did I mention that they also sounded good live?
