Hey I'm writing a song on acoustic. It's kinda like Clapton's Classical Gas.... anyway, I was wondering if there is a popular structure for a classical song that I should use. I know the possibilites are endless, but I need some help, and am just curious for a "set structure" for my song. Thanks in advance.

I incorporate shred and tapping because i am a technical player, not a simple guitarist.

intro-verse-chorus-verse-chorus-verse-solo(?)-chorus-outro. Does that help?

well Cassical Gas (which was done by Mason Williams and never even recorded by Eric Clapton):

intro - theme1 -(bridge)- chorus - theme2 - theme3 -bridge- chorus - theme1 -bridge- outro
