The name of the song is "Long Time", more commonly known as "Foreplay/Long Time" because the "song" "Foreplay" proceeds it on the album Boston and the two flow into one another.

For this reason, they are often played together, similar to how most radio stations play "Heartbreaker", which is followed after by "Livin' Lovin' Maid (She's Just a Woman)" because the songs literally flow from one to the other on the album.
