when i switch my fender mex strat pickup switch all the way down (bridge pickup) none of the 2 tone knobs work there, is it suposed to be like this?

the knobs are for the neck and middle pickup

i dont know much about fenders but what i had a squier like that.

on my fender, when my selector is on the bridge pickup...my tone knob works. the one furthest away from the pickups. but mine might be different because whenever i bought my noiseless pickups they came with new volume and tone pots, so the wiring might be different.

One tone knob works the neck pup, the other works the middle one.

You can do what I did and put all three pups through one knob if you want.

well, u can always throw a wire onto the tone pot from the bridge pickup.
