#1
When the moon sets low
And the spirits feel warm
I put my hands in my pockets,
And begin to walk the around

I thought there was more
But I?m always so uncertain
Many people come and go
But I was always hoping you would be there

And as the cold steel rain comes down on my face
I stop and pause,

And know that now,
It?s time to go home

I see your face
Painted in the oil puddle canvas
I see your smile
Hanging above me in the clouds

Sad eyes and broken dreams
Red eyes, and melancholy thoughts
Sitting in a cold damp room
My only company is remnants of you

And as the cold steel rain comes down on my face
I stop and pause,

And know that now,
I?m all alone

I close my eyes as I drift in circles
I see you under my eye lids
(heh) Just you and I
Just you and I, sitting

Everything seems so broken
The illuminated room where you and I,
Where you and I first touched
Is dark

But wait a second,

Don?t I know you?
I see you, I see you in the corner!
But now you?ve faded
And I?ve fallen back into despair

And as the cold steel rain comes down on my face
I stop and pause,

And know that now,
You?re really gone
Its how you look and how you feel
