Schecters are great. I have an S-1 that I love. The pickups in the one you're looking at have a good reputation for being versatile. I believe I've played that guitar at Guitar Center and it sounded pretty sweet. I think you'll be happy with it.

Well considering it's a musiciansfriend.com exclusive...

It's definitely a good buy.

Nice choice.

^I'd let a pro look at it. Once you get into the technicalities of screws...well, it's just a place you don't want to be, friend.

Ok then I was wrong. I have not played one in Guitar Center. But I have played nearly every Schecter they have

It's possible. They might've had a used one (and Guitar Center and Musiciansfriend.com are the owned by the same company, so it's definitely not out of the realm of possibility).
