well i own the fender hot rod deluxe and play through a strat. I like the overdrive on the amp quite a bit (most people dont) but im also tryin to find a nice booster, or just try to get the sound from a marshal amp. Anyone know of any good pedals that would dirty up my amp a bit and give it more crunch.

Agree with the tubescreamer

Also consider a Visual Sounds Jekyll and Hyde Pedal.

Its a tubescreamer on the left side and then a deeper bassier distortion pedal on the right side.

everybody uses them....
bad part about them is the new ones don't sound quite as warm as the originals.
