The lowest note on the guitar, assuming you're in standard tuning, is E.

If you're asking about what notes each string is tuned to, it's (from low to high) E A D G B e

If you're asking about all 12 notes, they go (starting with E, for no reason)

E
F
F#/Gb
G
G#/Ab
A
A#/Bb
B
C
C#/Db
D
D#/Eb
e(octave)

(# means sharp and b means flat. F# and Gb are enharmonic, meaning they have the same pitch (but technically are different notes). Each note has a half step (or semitone) between them and the next note (on guitar, a semitone = 1 fret).

"Octave" means the same note played at a higher pitch.

Hope that helped.
