Ibanez, playability wise. It spanks the schecter, and the jackson is alder if im correct, which ive heard sound bad with EMGS.

Ibanez's have thinner necks then schecters.... WAY thinner, much better for shredding...

Its real low profile, and the trem is ace. Best trem out there.

1570 FTW

^best trem out there?^ the schecter comes with an OFR but still the Edge Pro is amazing and both wont have any problems

if you put EMGs in the ibanez RG1570 it will be awesome but the Schecter is probably just a tiny bit better because of the mahogany and maple top will be better with EMGs than basswood, definitley not the Jackson

lol neck shape is personal preference hell i dont really like ibanez, i could shred better on this epi les paul i had ages ago but sold but yeah

I'd say hellraiser fr you dont have to replace any of the parts.

Edge Pro>OFR IMO, sleeker and lower profile, more comfortable + looks better.

I don't know about that sirrr. I have a 570 with a Lo-Pro, and i've played my friends Edge-Pro extensively, and I can say that neither of them held tuning as well as an OFR, and neither returned perfectly to pitch like the OFR.

For me this is a tough one. On one hand you've got an OFR, on the other a killer neck, and finally a Jackson. Jacksons pwn.

I'd take the Ibanez [with BK's] anyday of the week over any of those guitars, though you could find a much better Ibanez then the 1570 for a reasonable price if you looked,

/\ like what

I'd look into one of their Prestige/J-Series Ibanez, they're Ibanez's top model guitars, and they usually start at around $1,000-1200 US. The only thing is you'd have to be comfortable with using eBay, and the average person seems to think that everyone on eBay is a scam artist. Hopefully you don't fit in with this crowd.

edit: The RGT320QRBB runs for a little over $2,000 new [though I'm sure you could find it cheaper if you looked].

Id say Hellraiser

and im sick of everyone going on about the schecters neck

Threadstart, go play the instruments and form you own decison instead of these heavily biased ones.

Neck thickness is all personal preferance, what feels good to some may feel like crap to others

Also, the edge pro isnt the best trem. The lo-pro is better because of the locking studs.
