Well I have saved up enough for the 15 or is it a better idea to save a little more and get the 30? Is it alot better or are they bassically the same in quality and sound?
Jus about mostly the difference is how loud but what is most suggested is that you buy a AD50VT it has a better speaker a celestion. And there have been problems with the 15 and 30's speaker so yeah
mostly the difference is how loud
Thats not exactly true. The amount of watts an amp has affects the quality and sharpness of the sound. Yes, it may be louder but the higher wattage amps handle louder sounds and more distortion resulting in a higher quality sound.
What amp do you have currently? If you don't have an amp or a amp with less watts than 15, get the 15 now. If you have a decent practice already, wait and save for the 30 or 50 watt.
I have a 15watt Fender Frontman G.
just save up for the 30, its not that much more.
Don't buy another 15 watt because it would be pointless, at least get the 30 watt.
If you already have an amp, keep saving until you get enough for a really good tube practice amp...dont drop another few hundred on another solid state practice amp when you already have one.
I bought the ad15vt, and i regret not saving up for the thirty, i'm starting a band, and i'm afraid my 15 watt isnt gonna cut it to get over the drums
if ur just practicing on ur own, the 15 watter is perfect. However, if u have someone who has drums, it might be better to save up for at least the 50 watter
Ow i thought that it was easely possible to get over a drum with 30w
yeah, you can get over with a 30. you crank it enough, you can get over it with a 15. as long as your drummer isn't super loud, you ought to be fine. I never put my 50 over half at practice.
