are you asknig if it's worth the price difference? in which case, yes. The ESP is made in Japan and has much better woods selected + quality control.

I'm confused... there's specs for two models though I'd rather take the second guitar due to the small changes [24 fret, earvana nut].

I vote for the ESP. 22 fret guitars sound better (in the neck position) and ESPs are generally much better constructed than LTDs.
