Who do you think is the greatest frontman for their band of all time? Not just who has the best vocals but who does the best job for the style and representation of their band? Go ahead and name three or four. Mine are probably 1. Axl Rose, 2. Kurt Cobain, and 3. Jim Morrison
#2
bruce dickenson from Iron Maiden, Rob Halford from Judas Priest, James Hetfield from Metallica
#4
Axl Rose used to be great. Now he sucks. Bruce Dickinson was also amazing. As for representation of the band and style that has to go to Corey Taylor.

I find it somewhat funny that almost everyone who posted only said that Axl was good back in the day not now, when he's the only one alive of my list. Don't get me wrong, Axl blows right now. He's old and fat. It's still funny tho

Freddie Mercury.

Brian Setzer, Dee Snider, Jerry Garcia, Ziggy Stardust/David Bowie, and Mark Knopfler are close, though.

He was amazing, very funny too.
Stoned out of his face, which would of pissed me off had they been playing more than half an hour, but he was awesome.

YES!

Also, Roger Miret, Henry Rollins, Jello Biafra, Joe Strummer, B.B. King (if he counts as a "frontman"), Iggy Pop, Lemmy, Gavin Whyte, Jesse Michaels, and Richard Hell are nothing less than GREAT.
