Yes more info please! Anyway if you have a nice amp or already have enough dist from it I would try to snag a wah but idk if you can get one with 75 bucks.

Um....ok now answer the other two questions. What guitar and what amp.

EDIT also maybe what pedals do you already own? Are you JUST looking for a dist pedal or pedals in general?

oh wait, i didnt mean to include the ds-1, its mostly a choice between the grunge and the metal master.

I used to have the metal master. really thick distortion with no warmth.

I say go for it, since it sounds cool for some styles.

*sigh* I had a spiderII as my first amp so I don't care what it is, but to get the best info I, or others, can give please tell us your guitar and amp.

EDIT Ok first of try not to triple post . Is it an MG or something along the lines, probably and thats fine for now since you'll some day get a nice tube amp. I would just go try the pedals out and see which ones are better. I would probably stay away from the grunge since it probably won't give enough dist for some of the bands you play.

In that case (I'm sure most of us are tired of saying this), get a roland cube 30 (for bedroom practice only) or a 60 (if you're in a band)

Are you in a band or just like a jam group with a bassist? You'll need a new amp ASAP if you are in a full band, the roland 60 is the best unless you want to go higher and get a nice tube combo. I would honestly save all my money to get a new amp, if you buy a pedal thats just wasting 75 bucks you could have put to a new Cube60 and have it that much sooner.

EDIT How is this going no where........you are getting suggestions ect. Also please try not to double/triple post.

Since you're in a full band I would try my best to get new gear ASAP like ask parents and mow lawns ect ect ect. A 15 watt would be heard over a bassist another guitarist AND drummer, since you're lead you need a new amp very soon if you want to be heard in your band.
