First off, do a search in the lessons section on this site. There should be more than enough on the blues to get you started.

The blues chord progression:
The root chord (1)
The fourth chord (4)
The fifth chord (5)

Thepattern on tvelwe bars:
[1] [1] [1] [1]
[4] [4] [1] [1]
[5] [4] [1] [1]

Let say the root chord is E, then 4 will be A and 5 is B

That's a very basic blues chord progression, you could spice it up a bit by playing something like this:

[A] [D7] [A] [A7]
[D7] [D7] [A] [A]
[E7] [D7] [A] [E7]

This one is in the key of A. You can change the key but make sure you change the fourth and fifth chords accordingly. Adding the 7th to some of the chords gives it a real bluesy feel.

When you play the progression for the last time change the final E7 to A so it ends propperly/
