would the above jackson be better with 2 pups instead of 1? and if so, how much would it cost to have it drilled and get another pup put in, say if i were to buy a seymour duncan invader set, and replace the bridge pup, and drill out the neck pup spot and put in the other invader. how much will this cost, including the price of the guitar and new pickups? thank you.

It would certainly cost more than buying an RR5 and putting in new pickups.

Dude... what are you playing? If your just gonna play metal, its will do it with just the bridge, same goes for most rock...

Its fine with one pickup, and its better than replacing it with an Invader set IMO..

hmmmm be a bit hard to route with the fretboard in the way. you could always just get a humbucker that can handle cleans and distortion very well
