Take it into a shop to get it setup(40-100 USD). I would tell you how to do it but you sound like a real noob(If that is not the case, learn how to use punctuation). Also, that doesn't look like a Paul headstock, nor have i ever seen that weird ass diamond logo before. I'm sure someone else will post telling you your action is ****ed up and how to fix it.

That is not a Gibson. But some sort of Les Paul. Save yourself the time, agravation, and embrassment by taking it into your local guitar shop and asking for a FULL setup. It will run you any where between $20 - $40. It is worth every penny because it will feel, play, and sound better.

Wait...after listening to the clips. It's NOT your setup, but the acual frets. It sounds like you need to get your frets leveled. It is fairly easy to do yourself but it's much easier to take it to your local shop.

Christ. . . where can you get a set up for 20$? My shop trys to rip me off all the time, but i pay around 80$ and someone said that was normal. . .

And if it's not a gibson, is it still a les paul?

It's a LP copy of some sort, probably some small company thing. The guy at my local shop threw on new strings, set intonation, action, neck bow, and polished the frets all for $25 CAD.

My local shop set up my guitar (intonation, frett buzz) last time I went for 15 bucks and before that when I brought in my other guitar it was like 30...
