okso ive been asking about good scales to make my solos sound more evil and people have suggested the tritone A.K.A. diminished fifth, aka augmented fourth.

i cant find this scale anywhere online or in guitar pro 5's database thingy, can someone tab out the scale in whatever key just help me out here

correct me if i am wrong here people but that is not a scale it is just an arpeggio. From A to D# for example.

The whole-tone scale will work with the tritone:

^Every mode of the major scale, harmonic minor, and melodic minor (as well as a probably a lot of other scales) has a tritone.


A tritone is not a scale. It is an interval. Play a note and then a note six frets higher to get a tritone interval.
