wel what kind of stuff do you play?

general rock? try a Boss DS1 or a ProCo Rat

classic rock? try a Ibanez Tubescreamer or a Maxon, or possible a Boss SD1

metal? try a Boss MT2 (it is very tinny sounding though, but it works rather well if thrash metal is your thing) or...no idea really

yeah i forgot to post what music i play i play mostly metal and a bit of punk some rock and sometimes a bit of blues aswell so a bit of everything

BOSS MT-2 is a very nice metal pedal, you can also get a huge range of tones out of it too. read some of the reviews of it on this site, they all say good things.

They may cost a bit more, but then again, theyre BOSS's most sold pedal, so that might be an indication.

umm im not sure how much american, but i ccan get them for 130 AUD off ebay, so id just see what the prices are there.
