ive been learning my scales and modes recently and i noticed that my pick couldnt keep up with my fingers. so, how do i get my picking hand faster and able to keep up with my fingers?

Slow down your left hand to a speed that your right hand can keep up with.

play legato so you wont need your picking hand. or you could get a metronome and while you are practicing scales play them slowly at first and then keep speeding up the metronome. always make sure you can play cleanly though.

Start out slow and then break whatever you're playing into different exercises. Use a metronome and speed up as you go
