Okay, I've looked on just about every search engine there is... but I cannot find any chord transitions that sound very hispanic. Some examples would be great!

And you should be searching Spanish (or Flamenco) Chord "Progressions", not "Transitions".

Try a dominant chord progression over the phrygian mode:
Phrygian: i bII bIII iv v° bVI bvii

I was going to say something like that, but then realized that you had already said it . Gotta love using the harmonic minor to get that major V.

you cant use the dominant progression over all the chords can you? they wont all fit in the key or will they coz the mode is different?
