Will most distortion pedals give that really fuzzy sound or is there a particular one i could get that does it better?

Get a Peavey 5150 amp and you'll be there (having a mahogany guitar with EMGs would also help)

edit: the Peave 5150 is now called the 6505 if you're going for a new one but theres a ton of cheap old 5150s on ebay and such

What really fuzzy sound? I wouldnt describe inflames as fuzzy at all.

As for their sound, go with a MT-2.

Keep in mind they use their amps distortion, and thats better than any pedel.

MT2's suck imo, id go for a digitech metal master or a metalizer.
