I loosened all my strings so i could wipe down the spaces inbetween my PUP's and now i find that the guitar will go outta tune really easy. I didnt move the bridge or nething (kinda wiped around that area w/ a QTIP).

I know loosening strings will result in some awkward tuning afterwards (on my acoustic) but is that the same for electric? Or did i mess up the alignment/intonation etc. etc.??

1 what guitar is it
2 what kind of bridge is it
3 are the strings old ?
4 replace the strings every month or so,
5 if u are going to clean the guitar, "dust it down" take off the strings and do a proper job

I think your strings have to adapt to the tension again. If you put new strings on, they also go out of tune easily in the beginning, so I guess it's like that...
Wait a day or two and see if they still go out of tune. If they do, put new ones one.

^A way to avoid new strings going out of tune is to stretch them. Before you tune them up stretch them with your fingers, by pulling them up. Don't be violent, just enough to break them in. THEN tune up. They shouldn't have any tuning problems.
