So I was browsing for a new guitar and I decided on an SG, but I'm a bit confused as to what the difference is between these two is, besides $100 and their finishes.

I like the natural finish on the vintage one, but if the non-vintage has better specs then I'll go for that, but I can't see any differences.

They are identical aside from the finish.

Go for the Vintage. $100 less and it comes in a color you like.

^So does the Regular G-400. Like I said, they are identical aside from the finish.

The $100 price change can't be from the finish alone, there may be some compromises with quality???

I would say, go for whichever you like the look of the most. Oh and the Gibby SG similar to the vintage (same finish, looks old n worn) is nowhere near as good as a SG standard.
