Ok, so I've got this ****ty sounding Fender Deluxe 112 solidstate amp. Luckily I have other amps so I don't need to rely on this for my main sound. But I was wondering if anyone knew of any easy and fairly cheap mods I could do to this amp to make it sound better. The main problem with the amp is that it's too damn loud. When it was my main amp I would only need to have it up to 3 or 4 when playing with a drummer and full band. When practicing at home anything over about 1 and a half is too loud. Is there a way to make the volume knob less sensitive? If anyone knows anything about easy amp mods or could point me to a site that does I'd be grateful.
