Seymour Duncan ST59-1b little ?59? single coil sized humbucker in the Bridge Position.

Seymour Duncan 'SH-1 59n model Humbucker in the Neck Position

The original pickguard was white. Now it has a new Black pickguard to accomadate the humbucker upgrade, with black pickguard screws.

A coil tap has also been added along with Black knobs. Control plate is Chrome as well as the output jack cup.

QUESTION-- FOR $350 IS THIS A GOOD DEAL?, IS THIS A GOOD GUITAR,

That's actually pretty nice, very decent for $350, a good deal on the scale of 1-10 i'd say about 8 but thats just personal opinion.

that is a very nice guitar the mods to it like the pick ups r good
i give it about a 9 or 8 its a good buy i would get it

7.5 > 8 i like the black pickguard screws nice touch

Its a decent deal. Has some quality pickups in it which could fetch a fair few notes giving you some cash to actually turn it back into a Telecaster.

Yah, that's a pretty good deal. I hate the colour, but that's personal opinion. Looks like a nice find. I'd buy it (and then re-paint it)

not a big fan of the 59' ,
i wonder if its really coil tap and not split.
is there a mark on the guard?,
i think thats a poplar wood guitar.
whats the shipping cost?

well u can get that guitar new for about the same price. i know the new pups make it worth while. but i always get weary not knowing the skills of the last guy who worked on the guitar.

if u cant play it first, its about a 6-7. if i plays well then a 7-8.

I love the body color but hate the black pickguard. Agave blue NEEDS pearloid white, damnit. Frickin n00bs and their black But yeah, $350 is a great price. Hell, you better beat me to it.

its a classic look. nothing wrong with a black guitar.
