They have a occasion jcm900 combo here at the local shop for around 350?. If i trade my cube 30 in i can knock off 100? or something.

Is it worth it?

I love my cube but i always here people going on and on about tube amps

Well play the JCM900 first, duh.

If you like it more than your Cube, then get it.

Gain is great, if you need some metal mayhem, use a tubescreamer or something similar.
