ok i just made a bigass hole in my classical guitar, and i also realized that the hole wuz in the place where there is a jack in an electric guitar... and as zany as it may seem, i want to convert a busted classical guitar into a semi-classical guitar... so how should i go about doin all this?

you'll need a piezo pickup because of the nylon strings, and the inability for the guitar to hold the tension of steel strings. That should set you back a few bucks.

how would i take off the soundboard?

Taking of the soundboard is a major thing to do. You would have to remove the fretboard and binding first. Try working through the soundhole first.
