I have a Mexican Fender Jazz Bass, and if i make the bridge saddles low, every note i play is low, but if i set the bridge saddles high then it sounds ok but i like playing in a low setting. so what can i do to fix this?

You need to fix your intonation. There are screws that move the bridge saddles in the direction of the strings, as well as those that you used to change the action. Do a quick search on Google for "set intonation" or something if you don't know how. It essentially comes down to moving the saddles so that your 12th fret harmonics match your 12th fret {fretted} notes.

Sometimes you have to move the saddles a long way. The more you're changing your action, the more you're going to have to adjust your intonation. Are you out of space to move the saddles?

So you can move them further?
