ive seen it both ways, but i think the concensus as you can see is pinch harmonic. if you think about it, all harmonics have pitches, so they could all be called a pitch harmonic, the physical act of "pinching" the string is why more people call it that. also note, they are not artificial harmonics. those are different.

I thought artificial harmonics referred to basically any type of harmonic you get on a fretted note (as opposed to natural harmonics on an open string). Irrelevant if you pinch them, tap them or do anything else to get them.
