I pulled out my EMG-81 pickups and I dont see how I replace the battery. Any guides? I cant find one.

^ unscrew the back plate and replace it, if you actually took the pick up out then you messed up big time.
#5
I hope you didn't pull out the pickup itself. Usually under the backplate, Hellraisers have a special battery plate.

Alright, are the EMG's stock. If they are then there should be a special battery cavity on the back, or it is clipped to the backplate of the control cavirty. If they aren't stock then it will deffinately be in the control cavity.

You should have 3 plates on the back of your guitar, the smallest of these plates is where the battery is held.

yea, i dont think hes coming back.

ther should be a designated slot fot the battery, if not, check under the big cavity plate of the guitar.

I can just see him cracking open the shell of the pickups searching through the wires for a battery.

This would be even funnier if he had EMG HZs. Or ended up totally ruining his pups.

He didn't crack it open, just pulled them from the cavity of the guitar. Its no biggy really just the fact that its the wrong place.
