Hey, i'm new and wanted to ask a question regarding fingerpicking songs. I know the basic technique and now want to learn some easy songs. Could yall tell me a few good songs to get started with.
These all helped me when I was first learning to fingerpick:

Metallica - "Nothing Else Matters"

The Beatles - "Blackbird"

Metallica - "The Call of Ktulu"

Led Zeppelin - "Stairway to Heaven"

Randy Rhoads/Ozzy Osbourne - "Dee" [tough but doable; and great practice]

Ozzy Osbourne - "Revelation (Mother Earth)"

All conveniently linked to their respective tabs. Hope that helps!
a couple others would be dust in the wind by kansas and house of the rising sun by the animals. learning some classical songs is a good idea if you can practice correct classical style. try out this version of ode to joy for a good fingerpicking song:

EDIT: sorry bout the size of that image, but you should hopefully be able to read it.
Check out "Mamunia" by Paul Mccartney & Wings and "Ripple" by The Grateful Dead for some easy fingerpicking songs. Mamunia is actually one of the 1st fingerpicking songs i ever learned. After you learn those I'd say "Blackbird" by The Beatles and maybe "Classical Gas" by Mason Williams.
