Figured I play with my new wah a bit. There's a little delay cause I had to switch between my distortion and stuff, and a few mistakes. You guys usually rip apart my stuff but whatever, let's hear it!

Have you been to the new Guitar Center in the Blackstone Mall in Millbury? It's pretty sick, I go in there and just jam for like an hour. The clerks can be a little annoying though.

The rhythm on the repeated riff after the string mutes isn't exactly right. You're not playing the first part of it, "open" enough (that's the best way I can put it). It sounds like you're playing it straight eighth notes when it's more of a "1 - a, 2 +." Plus there was that little mishap with switching the distortion late, but I understand this is a rough version.
Also, this sound really good tone wise, almost just like it, what kinda wah are you using?

its better than i can do. it sounded pretty good. not a lot more i can say. i checked out some of your pink floyd ones as well, those were really good. did u use a backing track from a website? if so, which website?

Seems alright, bit iffy here and there, but who isn't?

Turn the tone up on your Muff dammit!

Really? That's shockingly bassy.

Are you using a good mic? 'Coz I know that my crappy PC mic doesn't record my Muff well....at all...

Um, well you need to work on it.

I'm not entirely sure what you were aiming for.

Mistakes aside, your playing itself is pretty stiff and unevenly timed. Try and get
into the flow of the rythym more and get more expression into your phrasing.

In the intro part you got the basic notes sort of right. One thing Hendrix did on that
part was use a lot of really quick "ghosted" notes involving legato and open strings.
Most people who do the intro get the basic notes right, but they don't even really
realize that there's all these other notes in there that add so much to that intro.

The main riff ... well again pretty stiff. Your switching from chords to single notes
was very jarring and lacked any continuity. If you were aiming to get the feel of
the Hendrix version, it was pretty wrong. A big part of that riff uses a bend
(g string, 2nd fret = A bend to B) which really gives the riff its swooping quality.
