I just had my guitar in a shop for the last week and it got the full neck/truss rod adjustment. The action now feels so much better but, on the 14th fret (especially the D and G strings) buzz a fair bit. What is going on ? Do I necessarily have to make another adjustment on it or file the frets down ? (Does anyone know how to do that ?)

Yea, you might have a bit of "twisting" going on. Find a good professional to fix this.

Also, some necks take time to "settle" after a truss rod adjustment. It was probably okay when they completed it but straightened out a little bit by the time you got it back. Take it back in if you're not confident fixing it yourself.
