i dont my strings to get too grubby...any cleaning tips? and no, i dont want to boil my strings.
i need to get a better signature.

my advise would be to just use a cloth and wipe them down when u are done practicing. otherwise just boil them

You could alwalys use the "Bass String Cleaning Tube" ot works great, if your willing to wate for 12 hours that is, but i use mine all the time.

Never tried it myself, but I've heard that soaking them in alcohol (90% or more) is a good way to make your strings last longer
