in the future i migth get a schecter c-1 fr, now i plan on repainting it white, but its a neck-thru. i don't know if this will be a problem, but most ppl who paint guitars on here have bolt on necks. what special thngs will i hav to do? and will it be ok for the neck to remove all the strings at once?

do you mean cut the strings at the same time or just taking all of them off?

I'd expect you to just need to tape off the fretboard really well. Then paint away.
