Can anyone tell me how well the The boss meatl zone pedal sounds
and if you can give me some good settings

My first distortion pedal !! Sounds awesome !! But too many controls IMO. You can easily lose your good sound if you are of the "often-tweaking" kind. If you like a very trebly sound, its very good.

It sounds decent. Good for the price, but its too thin sounding for my liking. I use mine with the overdrive channel on my J&H. It really beefs up the sound a lot. As for settings, I forget what mine's at right now. Maybe check out the ultimate settings thread?
