Is there any way to harmonize a Natural Harmonic into say a major third, perfect fifth, etc.

Use the 5th fret natural harmonic on the D string for example.

I think it'd be really cool if someone could pull this off. Remember I'm talking about Natural harmonics, not pinch.

well if you use 5th fret harmonics on your D, G and B strings you get a G chord.

Yes.
Play that harmonic.
Then have the next guitarist play a harmonized pitch, then tap twelve frets above it while holding it down.
