I'm looking at getting an audio interface and have pretty much narrowed it down between these two. Which would you recommend?

Lexicon Lambda:

PreSonus Inspire:

Edit:

My laptop has a 4 prong firewire and the PreSonus is 6, so I would have to get a converter or something, and am thinking that might not be a good idea.

Here is another option:

Line 6 TonePort UX2:

The best recommendation I can make is the Toneport Ux2 because I personally have one and I love it. But from reading other peoples suggestions many tend to like the PreSonus Inspire.

yeah, i'm thinking i won't go with the presonus because of my 4 to 6 pin firewire issues. how is the lag and what not on the toneport? someone told me to avoid usb's but not why. i would assume it's the latency issue. i hear that you have to line up tracks after recording multiple ones, but that's not a big issue right? is there anything else, like having to wait a bit after recording a track to hear it again, or something along those lines? have you used anything other than the toneport? what do you think of the quality of it? were you suprised at how good it was or just mildly satisfied? ha, lots of questions.
