Ok, so here is standard tuning for a guitar. The top note being the smallest one.

e|
B|
G|
D|
A|
E|

Now instead of that, a half step down would be like this.

eb|
Bb|
Gb|
Db|
Ab|
Eb|

If you have a tuner, tune to those notes.

1) Tune the A string to the 4th fret low E.

2) Tune the D to the 5th fret A.

3) Tune the G to the 5th fret D.

4) Tune the B to the 4th fret G.

5) Tune the E to the 5th fret B.

6) Tune the Low E 5th fret to the open A string.

Next time, try the tuning thread

or you could just find Eb and tune youre low E string to that. after that, tune the other strings the way you normally would.(A string to 5th fret of low E, etc...)
