im a newb i know but can ne one tell me what
"Drop C + rest 1 step down" means?
would that be
C G D G A D
then another step down?
i have no idea what that would even be :/

Whats the song... it's not your fualt it's written in a confusing way.

i'd take it to mean drop the low E string to C then the rest come down 1 step to give you

EADGBE--->CADGBE---->CGCFAD

it;s not a normal way of writing it most people just say drop C but the person who wrotew is was either being picky and technical or didn't really know what eh was talking about. If it sounds wrong though it's probably intended to be C standard or though why it was called "Drop C + rest 1 step down" instead of C standard i'll never know... musicians who'd have em'

but in short stick to CGCFAD as that's probably what was intended
