Post your must have/recommended guitar pedals ,,, I think the metal master. is one even though a 9v battery wouldnt last for an hour LoL ..
EC-50 /emg 85 on neck
Digitech Metal Master Heavy Metal Distortion
Ibanez TS9DX Turbo Tube Screamer Overdrive
Peavey Bandit 112

-Any kind of wah pedal
-Ibanez Overdrive (TS series)
-Hendrix Fuzz

Those are the basics... maybe a good phaser or chorus would complete it.
Looking for my India/Django.

The metal master is not a must have pedal.....no way.....

A wah pedal of some sort....depends on your preference. Morely for me.

Overdrive pedal for a tube amp....

A noise suppressor wouldn't hurt.

AND A PEDAL TUNER!

i cant go without my hendrix wah- i use the hendrix wah and a mxr stereo chorus from the seventies with a built in adaptor(only downside is it cant use bateries)

Ibanez Weeping Demon Wah (best wah i ahve EVER played, compared it to crybaby and a boss, and i dont even like metal, its good for EVERYTHING)
BOSS DS-2 Turbo Distortion (best distortion pedal i have ever played (i returned two other distortion pedals after choosing this one))
thats all you need except for other wants (noise supressor, tuner, maybe a chorus or flange if youre into that kinda thing)

Umm.... Zoom G2.1U Seriously, that pedal rocks. If you're not int multi efects, then a decent wah. Like a modded Crybaby Original. Everyone needs a wah-wah pedal.

I have a Crybaby From Hell and a Boss OD-20, I can do a lot with just those pedals.

Wah Pedal...I'll recommend the Vox one
Delay Pedal...Boss DD-6
Overdrive Pedal...Ibanez Tubescreamer
Distortion Pedal...Boss DS-1
Pedal Tuner...Boss TU-2

Use an overdrive pedal if your running a tube amp. Get the distortion pedal if your going solid state.

Yamaha F-310 Acoustic

Peavey Studio Pro 112

i agree with everything thats been mentioned before, but definitely add an eq and delay to that.

I really once thought a wah was essential, now mine is just a $75 paperweight, and a good one at that. But its handy to have, i know i wouldn't sell it or ever get rid of it though.

My EQ though has become a real essential in my rig, very useful thing to have.
Ibanez -> Peavey -> Eardrums

Apparently I'm on some list of people to listen to..?

I couldn't live without my Maxon OD-9.
Love in technicolour, sprayed out on walls
Well I've been pounding at the pavement
'Til there's nothing at all
I got my cloak and dagger
In a bar room brawl
See the local loves a fighter
Loves a winner to fall
