can anybody hear put their guitar as close as they want to their amp without getting really high pitch feedback, whenever i get too close it does this just wondering if any other people experience thhis too?

cheap guitars combined with even cheaper amps usual tend to have alot of noise and feedback when in a hi gain mode, try using less gain and if you dont want the feedback dont put your guitar next to you amp. But feedback can be a good thing too if you know how to control it, it adds a nice colour to you playing if used properly.

Cheapness has nothing to do with it.

Just turn down the gain a bit.
