I am wondering how much it would be to have a guitar with these specs built by someone.

PRS Doublecut style. (archtop)
Flamed Maple top on Mahogany back.
Tummy cut
old style heel PRS or heel less.
Transparent Black

Duncan JB (bridge)
Duncan '59 (neck)
Push/Pull pots for coil tapping
3 way switch, 1 volume 2 tone.

Black Chrome Hardware.
Wilkinson trem
Schaller or Dunlop straplocks.

maple neck (smooth finish)
Ebony FB (or RW depending on price)
22 Nickel/silver frets
PRS style headstock
Pearl dot inlays

Neck Dimensions

neck width
Width at Nut: 40mm
Width at 22nd fret: 57mm

neck thickness
at nut
Neck 14mm
Fretboard 4mm

at 12th fret
neck 17mm
Fretboard 4mm
(dimensions based on an old guitar of my uncles and thats all the dimensions i got for it)

Thanks

probably a lot, especially since someone would be building it for you. Probably around $2,500-$3,500. Thats just a guess.
top axes:
Taylor GS8
Fender American Strat (w/DiMarzio pickups)
