lately ive been trying to play some wooten and i cant figure out how he slaps twice so fast (the third riff) do any of you guys know how to do that?

I'm not a bass player (not really, at least...) but I believe it's a technique called double-slapping. I think. You may want to do a search on this topic, I'm sure other people want to know as well...

Its not really much of slap.

The angle of descent is different, so that your thumb goes under the string (instead of bouncing of) and then pulls back up again, creating two notes instead of one.

There is another video lession on You Tube that is quite helpful. It shows the fingers up close, a lot more so than the Victor Wooten video.
