any one know of inspirational flamenco/classical guitarists/artists other than the ones I currently have:
-andres segovia
-paco de lucia
-bruno gennaro
-salso rosso
-rodrigo

also, any places on the net for flamenco lessons (free or pay), because there are hardly any worthwhile instructors locally.

thanks in advance!

um, not guitarists, but for inspiration I suggest you check out the Flamenco solo at the end of "Sidewinder" by Avenged Sevenfold. Difficult task, but i believe in you!

oh come on, avenged sevenfold?

not to be bashful, but I'm talking flamenco, not a metal cover of something,
I haven't listened to that song, but I can tell you thats not true flamenco coming from avenged sevenfold

no no no, just listen to the solo. the song changes in the end, it's flamenco. It's like the last minute of the song. .JUST LISTEN TO IT!!!!!

the song isn't all that bad, but that is the worst example of flamenco I've ever heard
