My solid state is beginning to sond weak and old to me and I've been looking into a new tube amp, I wanna go with something different i guess is what you'd say. Anyboday got any reccomendations on companies and such Anything by Orange, Traynor, B-52. The likes of those. I play alot of blues and i use a Gibson Sg Special with D'adarrio 12s. Anybody got any other suggestions as to what other kinds of strings i could use for bluesy rock.

I'll spend up to i don't know, 700? on this amp, I mow lawns 2 bucks each so i could go higher. Maybe.

Cheap amps are "that bad". They suck up your tone like cocaine at Kate Moss' party.
