What scales has only one sharp in it and that sharp being a G# ? i'm at a loss as to what scale it is but i'm quite sure it is one since it "sounds" Correct..or maybe it isn't even a scale but thanx for any insight and help

A harmonic minor would only have a G#, but it wouldn't necessarily sound right in all cases when used melodically.
