is it a good idea to buy a guitar from musicians friend or better to pay more for one from the local music store?
musician's friend has great prices, but little in the way of warranties, and no easy way to do repairs. it's really personal choice.

musicians freind has convieneice, but you dont get to play the guitar you're buying beforehand, so you really dont know how it plays/sounds.
